in my opinion its not possible to know how much time left in deletion of an account (or city from a island).
but if u know the duration of inactiveness of a player than u can calculate the time period left otherwise its not possible.

So ban accounts shall be deleted after a version changes
Hmm that makes sense
but I have seen one players id banned for fleet contact
Player was Poora Pagal and the other id was Phoenix

Poora Pagals id got deleted in the beginning of the year may be jan
and Phoenix's id got deleted around may or june
is it possible that the other id gets deleted later than the first one
